Thank you for completing the booking form, we look forward to providing Smiles & Memories that

last a lifetime. Please understand that by filling out this booking form, it doesn't guarantee your booking. In order to finalize and guarantee any booking, you can pay your deposit via an invoice that will be emailed to you within 24 hours of our office confirming availability of equipment or service you're requesting! To pay your deposit via the invoicing system, you will need to click on the link in the

email sent to you, read the contractual invoice, and make payment using a debit or credit card,

agreeing to all the terms and conditions of the invoice.


Please note, all dates can only be guaranteed for 12 Hours, but held for a maximum of

1 Day from the date that the invoice is sent to our clients, requesting the

deposit to secure the event!!!


All entertainment must be within a 18 mile radius of our office, 36 miles round trip of 720 Union Blvd., Saint Louis, MO 63108. If outside of that radius, a surcharge of $1.29/ mile will be charged, and no promotions are offered or guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding.

Please select the surface that the bounce house or inflatable equipment will be setup on! Any surface other than grass will require a small surcharge to be applied for the extra labor required to bring out an adequate amount of sandbags or buckets of concrete to weigh down the equipment for safety!!!
Concession Rental w/ supplies included (rental by availability)
If your event is scheduled to be longer than our guaranteed 4 hour rental, please tell us the start time of the 4 hour block that you would ideally want to have your inflatable(s), concession machines, or game rentals! If you would like to guarantee the rentals for the duration of the event, please ask us how you can add that option!!!

We ask that you are understanding of our 20 min. variable arrival time frames that we must allow for our entertainers. Due to any unforeseen circumstances, including accidents, entertainers health issues (overheating), or like, or other circumstances, our time frames are necessary. We make every effort to arrive at the requested time, but in the event that the entertainers are running behind schedule, we will attempt to contact our client by phone

15 - 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of our service, or as soon as possible, to make you aware of the delay and of the approximate arrival time. Upon the entertainers making an appearance, your time will start from that point and any time will be made up,

or discounted in the event that the time can't be made up.
