Consider with rental prices as low as $42.50 per day, this beats hiring or paying staff
to hold a sign outside. With the hourly rate ranging between $1.77 & 3.33, depending on the balloon you choose, and the rental period, this is the most economical way to display
or advertise your special or event on site.

We will:
• Research any necessary event permits from local zoning departments as needed.
• Communicate with corporate and store based personnel on event specifics including; dates, times, contacts, emergency numbers, etc.
• Act as a liaison with external leasing company or internal appropriate personnel, as it relates to the installation of exterior decorations or marketing equipment, as much as necessary.
• Arrange, schedule, and monitor installation within our network
• Ensure proper liability coverage is in effect.
• Provide on-going monitoring of extreme weather and condition of equipment.
• Dispatch installer/technicians for all service calls received between the hours of 9AM & 5PM,
within 2 - 3 hours, or by 11AM the following business day if at the end of the day.
(If the need is more severe, or greater, please let the representative know or be sure to
state it if the need to leave a voice message occurs.)
• Confirm decoration removal and handle any final client invoicing if needed.
• Perform up to one banner swap for all rentals booked for 1 month, and is eligible after
day 10 of your 30 day marketing campaign.
It is important to read the following to get a better understanding of how a cold air inflatable works, how they are most commonly installed, what impact if any the weather has on your rental, and permit related information.
Installation
Many believe the cold air advertising inflatable is filled with helium, however, it actually requires a continuous flow of air provided by a 110 volt air blower that plugs into the electricity that is on site.
The inflatable is installed by our professional, company certified installers, and is usually attached to the ground with 1” x 36” long stakes. If there is a need or request to attach to the roof, we generally us
I-Bolts, and lead anchors if needed, and apply silicone around them if necessary, and attach to a solid structure, but will never drill into the roof. Our installers will always look to use the safest install method, whichever also preserves the integrity of the roof. All roof top delivers require additional labor, equipment, and time, and usually run an additional $100.00. At this time we only install on roofs that
are 20 feet or less, except for when there is adequate rooftop access present.
Permits
In some areas there is a need to obtain a permit, and there is always a need to get permission from
your leasing company, prior to looking for a company to install outdoor promotional equipment.
Please remember, it is the business owner’s responsibility to hold a permit if your city requires one.
If you need help looking into your permit requirements, just ask and we will be happy to assist you if your city allows. As far as pulling the permit, on a case by case basis that is often an option, however, there may be an additional small fee incurred, but if you need us, we’ll be there for you as much as
we possibly can to make it as simple as possible for you.
Weather Related
Balloons usually withstand sustained winds of up to 25 mph. If high winds are anticipated or in the forecast, we advise our client to temporarily turn off the power to the balloon, or unplugging the extension cord if it’s easier, thus allowing the unit to deflate, and helping to prevent damage from occurring to any property. If there is a substantial lost of paid promotional time due to extremely bad weather, as long as it has been documented by both parties, we will do everything possible to make up as much of the paid time that we can, and this will be added to the end of the promotional rental.

- Add a custom banner with your design, logo, and message. If interested, please inquire about it with your representative, and always remember that the client reserves the right to add a banner of your choice, provided by the client.
(In most cases, an advertising balloon can hold multiple banners, but please keep in mind that too many banners may take away from a successful marketing campaign. More often than not, those that are passing by only have a short period of time for your message to grab them, and even if there was more time, simple but sweet usually yields more results.)

ONCE WE AGREE UPON ALL TERMS, A 30% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO
SCHEDULE YOUR INSTALLATION, AND THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE ON THE
DAY OF THE INSTALL, AND IS PAYABLE IN CASH, MONEY ORDER, OR BY DEBIT/ CREDIT ONLY!!!
